Someday we will look back at 2010 with only vague memories of the politics of this era. I just wanted to draw some of these fun politicians while I had a chance. I think they collectively sum up the current political climate quite well. I hope I can one day look back at this drawing and go "oh yeah, I remember that guy..."

I tried to have diversity in regards to the House v. Senate, Dems v. GOP, and a fair balance of the various states. But some states are overrepresented. I also purposely did not include Pelosi or Reid, because I draw them enough and I'm bored with them.

I'd like to hear who else you think I should add. Who else is an iconic politician of the present era?

Love Waxman. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks he's funny looking.

Some more people who could be added:
-Joe Wilson (the "You lie!" guy)
-Roland Burris (Obama's replacement)
-Jim Inhofe (the climate-change skeptic)
-Steny Hoyer (House Majority Leader)
Bunch more, but I can't remember any more names.

Haha, these are hilarious. I especially like Chris Dodd, since he looks like he's yelling at some kids to get off his lawn (or some of his colleagues in the Senate). Anyway, awesome job man.
